Living spaces
After a day exploring Whistler's world-class terrain, ski home and step into the warmth of the great room, where vaulted ceilings, timber accents, a dramatic slate-rock fireplace, and sweeping valley views create a quintessential alpine retreat. Gather around the wood fire for après-ski drinks, share stories from the day's adventures, or simply relax and take in the scenery through the expansive windows.

Downstairs, a separate family room provides a cozy space for movie nights and gives families and groups the flexibility to spread out and unwind.

Sleeping arrangements
The upper-level primary suite features a king bed, gas fireplace and beautiful valley views, along with a spacious ensuite complete with heated floors, a deep soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. On the lower level, a queen bedroom with its own ensuite, plus a flexible bedroom that can be configured as either two twins or a king bed. The family room also includes a sofa bed, offering additional space.

Kitchen & Dining
The spacious, thoughtfully refreshed kitchen is designed for easy entertaining, with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and premium appliances, including an induction cooktop and coffee maker. The dining table comfortably accommodates eight for shared meals. With plenty of space to prep, cook, and gather, it's the perfect place to start the day or unwind after skiing.

Outdoor living
Step outside the living room to a deck with spectacular southwest-facing views across the valley and mountains. It's a beautiful place to pause with your morning coffee or watch the mountains change color as the day winds down. Winter evenings are best spent on the covered lower-level deck, where the private hot tub offers a soothing end to ski days. In summer, guests can also enjoy the shared swimming pool, open from May through September.

Amenities & access
A private garage (for a small vehicle), covered carport, and driveway provide convenient parking for two additional cars, with an EV charger available on-site. A boot dryer keeps gear warm and ready after a day on the mountain. The home also features high-speed internet, a washer and dryer, and plenty of storage for ski and outdoor gear.

In winter, Taluswood's position high above Creekside provides access to the mountain for intermediate and experienced skiers via ski-in/ski-out routes, with access dependent on current snow and trail conditions. In summer, the same mountain setting becomes a gateway to Whistler's extensive network of hiking and mountain biking trails, with bike-in/bike-out access from the neighborhood.

Ski access
For the winter enthusiast, this home offers walking access to the nearby ski trails to Lower Dave Murray and the 2010 Olympic downhill course to the Creekside gondola. Please note that this ski trail access suits intermediate-level skiers and not beginners. To reach the ski-out trail, walk about 300 meters down to the exit of the Taluswood Complex and then walk 2-3 minutes up Nordic Drive to the sign for the ski-out trail. Ski down the intermediate Lower Dave Murray Downhill run from the ski-out trail to reach the Creekside Gondola. The ski trail home is above At Nature's Door Complex alongside the Lower Dave Murray Downhill run-on Whistler Mountain. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels shortly before arrival.
