It’s definitely a good place to be right in the action of nightlife.  A very convenient amenity and useful marker to find the place is a grocery store downstairs and a liquor store next to it. The grocery store is well stocked, but small, but it’s great to be able to go down there real quickly if you need or want something.  That’s much more convenient than having to walk far, or drive somewhere to get some decent groceries. There’s also a pharmacy very nearby. You really do not need a car if you stay here, or at least you can park your car for the entire duration of your stay.  The private hot tub is a nice feature to have." (10/5)
