- **Anonymous**: "The host/Airbnb platform cancelled the reservation one week in advance. I can understand this was due to a system glitch, however it took me over 48hrs to rebook the reservation with me initiating all of the conversation. On top of the amount of time spent communicating, they were reluctant to match the pre-existing pricing we had already paid 3 months prior. Eventually the issue was resolved.

The two main amenities that we booked this host for were broken and unavailable. We requested the property to come look at the hottub multiple times as it was not heating up. They advised they had maintenance come everyday, however maintenance only advised there was a broken part needing replaced the last day of our trip. I had to initiate every status update. Additionally,  be wary the "Ski" Access is Climb Access- it is 114 stairs that leads to an addtl hill covered in ice and rock. My friend slipped twice and we decided it was too dangerous to use in ski boots. We ended up parking at the base" (4/5)
